BARE started with a simple frustration: “nude” shapewear that was only nude on one kind of skin, in one kind of size, at an imported price.

We design in Johannesburg, knit in Cape Town, and fit-test on real bodies across the whole size range before anything ships. Every style comes in nine shades, from Oat to Onyx, so the piece disappears under whatever you wear over it, or looks good enough to wear on its own.

Drop 01 is one bodysuit, three shades, 200 pieces. Same price in every size. No extended-size surcharge, ever.
